Terms and Conditions to the Trade

These Terms and Conditions, along with any other written materials provided to Members from time to time (collectively, the “Terms and Conditions”), govern the Trade Program offered by Nahla Madison Home (“Company”). The Trade Program and its Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time at the sole discretion of the Company.

Once eligibility is confirmed and subject to these Terms and Conditions, approved Members will receive a discount on full-price merchandise purchased from Nahla Madison Home within the United States, excluding any outlet or clearance locations. Benefits under the Trade Program are non-transferable.

TERMS OF ELIGIBILITY

An individual is eligible to apply for the Nahla Madison Home Trade Program (referred to herein as “Member”) by submitting the following:

  1. A business card, company website, or professional social media page representing the applicant’s business.
  2. A completed and signed application.
  3. Either:
    • A copy of the applicant’s business license, or
    • A business tax identification number.
  4. Membership Usage Terms:
    • Members must present their Trade Program Member Number and identification at time of purchase.
    • Members previously enrolled via legacy trade programs or business purchases agree to these Terms and Conditions upon using their Membership Number.

MEMBERSHIP

  • Membership must be registered under an individual’s name with a business address provided. A business or entity cannot hold membership; however, individuals employed by the same business may apply separately.
  • Members are responsible for notifying the Company of any changes to their contact information.
  • Only the Member is authorized to make purchases using their Member Number.
  • Membership approvals are at the sole discretion of the Company.
  • Incomplete applications will not be processed.
  • Employees of Nahla Madison Home are not eligible for membership.
  • The Company reserves the right to terminate membership if the Member is found in violation of these Terms.
  • Members may cancel their membership at any time.
  • Lost or stolen membership numbers may be reissued at the Company’s discretion.
  • The Company reserves the right to terminate or amend the Trade Program at any time.

DISCOUNT

  • Eligible Members receive a 20% discount on full-price merchandise at Nahla Madison Home stores, catalogs, or website (excluding clearance and outlets).
  • The discount must be used solely for business purposes. Personal use violates program terms.
  • The discount does not apply to gift cards, services, taxes, shipping, or other non-merchandise charges.
  • The discount is not retroactive and cannot be combined with other promotions or sales.
  • Discount pricing is fixed and non-negotiable.
  • Discounted purchases are only available for merchandise sold within the United States.

PURCHASE AND PAYMENT TERMS

  • Members must present their Member Number and valid photo ID when making purchases in-store, online, or through the Trade Program Service Department.
  • Members are responsible for any applicable taxes, service charges, or fees.
  • Returned products will be refunded at the discounted purchase rate, subject to the Company’s return policy.

TAX-EXEMPT PURCHASES

  • A valid reseller license is required for tax-exempt purchases.
  • A resale certificate may be needed for each qualifying sale.
  • Members must use their own payment method for tax-exempt purchases.
  • Tax-exempt purchases must be made in-store or through a Trade Program Specialist.
  • Refunds for taxes require submission of a bill of lading.
  • Members assisting nonprofit clients must provide the client’s tax-exemption documents and use the client’s payment method. Both parties must be present in-store at the time of purchase.

COMMUNICATION AND PRIVACY

  • The Company may contact Members regarding updates to the Trade Program.
  • Members are automatically subscribed to receive promotional emails. They may unsubscribe at any time.
  • Participation in the Trade Program implies agreement with the Company’s Privacy Policy

By completing and signing the Trade Program application and submitting required documentation, the applicant confirms they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
