Damages Policy
At Nahla Madison Home we strive to ensure that your furniture purchase arrives in perfect condition. However, we understand that damages may occur during shipping or handling. In the event that your furniture item arrives damaged, please follow the guidelines below:
1.Inspect Your Delivery: On occasion there may be damage that occurs during shipping. Please note, we review and inspect all items prior to shipment. Once an item has been delivered, you must sign off with the delivery company and state “Damaged Upon Delivery”. If an item is severely damaged, you will need to refuse the item. Damage items will be inspected, repaired and/or replaced. All damaged items will need to be made to customer service or via our “Claims” section on the website within 24 hours of the delivery. 2. Report Damages: If you discover any damage to the furniture item upon unpacking, please report it to us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. You can contact our customer service team via email at customerservice@nahlamadisonhome.com Please provide your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
3. Evaluation Process: Our customer service team will review the information and photos provided to assess the extent of the damage. In some cases, we may request additional information or photos to better understand the issue.
4. Resolution Options: Depending on the nature and extent of the damage, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution. This may include:
- Replacing the damaged item with a new one.
- Providing replacement parts or components, if applicable.
- Offering a partial refund or store credit.
- Arranging for the damaged item to be returned at our expense.
5.Return Process: If a return is required, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged item. We will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
6.Refund Policy: If a refund is issued, it will be processed after the inspection of the returned damaged items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
