Our Promise
At Nahla Madison Home, we take great pride and time to ensure your purchased items will be shipped to you efficiently, safely, and as displayed. We have partnered with many great shippers and have a team dedicated to seeing that your items are being shipped the way that we would want them as well.
To ensure you have an understanding of our policies please make sure you read our policy disclosures and also feel free to call us at any time to review your shipping details.
Delivery
We offer both curbside and white glove delivery to all of our customers.
Curbside: Delivery offers delivery services to our customers via curbside. Curbside is defined as either the mailbox, outside the front door, or in the garage. All curbside deliveries will require a signature on items $100 and above. Curbside delivery will not deliver items inside the residence.
White Glove: Delivery services will call you and schedule a time for delivery. The fee for white glove services is $199 for an item, and $229 for one or more items. This includes setting up said merchandise and trash removal. Please ensure the area for set up is free from debris and ready for the delivery. Please note *** The delivery team will not make any structural modifications, will not help move existing furniture, and will not measure doorway openings. If shipment can’t be made in reasonable timeframes given, we will not be responsible for any storage or holding fees, they will be passed to the customer. All shipping arrangements will need to come through our shipping department.
For customers that order items via our White Glove Delivery Service, the customer will be contacted and appointment set, and you will be given a window of time that your delivery will be made. Deliveries will be made Monday-Friday.
For all shipping Curbside and Delivery rates may vary within different regions and will require reassessment as needed outside the standard rates.

Shipping:
Shipping dates vary depending on the manufacturer and delivery area. After each order you will receive a tentative tracking estimate. This will be emailed to you. Upon the shipping of your order, you will receive an actual tracking number and shipping time. Orders shipped by Freight and White Gloved generally are delivered 2-4 weeks after they leave the facility. Production time frames and out of stock items vary in time and should not be included in shipping times.
Shipping on items approved for “Buy with Prime ”, will be shipped as stated.
For any delivery changes please contact us immediately.
Assembly
Many items purchased may need assembly. Assembly charges range approx. from $100-300, depending on complexities and size. If you have selected assembly during check out, you will be contacted with further instructions about your order.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping throughout the world. During the checkout process, if international shipping has been selected, someone from customer service will reach out to you regarding rates. Orders will not be completed until you speak with an agent. All International sales are final sales, due to customs and other restrictions.
